2The basic principal of retro-reflection
High refractive index glass beads may be considered as spherical lens and it can return incoming light to the original light source when reflecting layer is set in its focus point. The position of the focus point of the glass beads is relied on its reflective index. The basic principal of retro-reflection for ordinary retro-reflective materials is shown as fig1 and fig2.
