1, SJ-150 × 30/ SJ-90 × 30 single-screw extruder
A,The screw and the barrel of the screw extrusion system is the key components of the machine.
all using high-quality alloy steel 38CrMoALA through a strict process of heat treatment and precision made,surface nitriding treatment, nitride layer thickness 0.35-0.7mm, strength, abrasion resistance, high corrosion resistance and long service life.
B,Cast aluminum heater temperature control system using heating and fan cooling, with temperature sensor, temperature control instrumentation for automatic temperature control.
C,ZLY-315 horizontal gear box, gear and shaft parts used in all high-strength alloy material, gears after carburizing, hardening, grinding teeth craft processing, machining accuracy of GB10095-88, 6 level, tooth surface hardness HRC54-62, transmission with a high loading capacity, transmission smooth, low noise and high efficiency.
